number of lender panel memberships to our credit and if you are uncertain as to
whether we will be able to act in connection with your mortgage lender the answer

estimates to give you the comfort of knowing what you will be paying. We also have
a dedicated re-mortgage department which aims to complete on most re-mortgages within
2 weeks of receiving the mortgage offer. Most re-mortgages complete within this
time and some as little as 1 week from receiving the mortgage offer from the lender.
