We record when each property is uploaded to us. While we try to ensure the most up to date listing sometimes agents will leave a property listed when it is sold or the property will just not sell very quickly. To help you identify how long a property has been on the site we color code each property as defined in the table below.

	Property listed over 30 days ago
	Property listed over 60 days ago
	Property listed over 90 days ago
	Property listed over 240 days ago
